What it costs
CourtPro publishes its club prices. Playtomic publishes its plan prices by region, but not the commission it takes on bookings.

- Booking Club, the full platform: $99 per month.
- Tournaments, live scoring, live streaming and the staff app are included.
- AI match analysis: $99 per camera per month for up to 50 hours, or $139 unlimited. Cameras from $500 each.
- Point of sale: $29 per month, waived forever for the next 50 clubs that sign up.
- Players pay a 3% booking fee unless they subscribe to CourtPro Play ($9.99) or Pro ($19.99) a month.
- Match Club, for clubs that keep their bookings elsewhere: no platform fee.

- Four plans: Standard, Professional, Champion and Master. In the US they are $119, $179, $249 and $349 a month; in Spain €59, €89, €139 and €279 a month, before VAT.
- On top of the plan, a commission on every online booking, set in each club's contract. The rate is not published.
- Memberships, leagues and the read-only API need Champion or higher; the store and cash register need Professional or higher. The Coach app is a paid add-on.
- Cancelling needs at least 30 days' notice.
- Players pay a service fee that varies by country, mostly on open matches.
