Padel Club Membership Software
Membership software for padel, pickleball, tennis and squash clubs. Build your own membership plans, have members sign them, bill them on the right day and give members better prices and earlier booking, all in the same system as your court calendar and the CourtPro app.

Membership plans
Plans, Prices and Billing
Every membership is an agreement the club designs: what it costs, how often it is paid, how long it runs and what it includes.
Membership Plans Built Your Way
Name each plan, describe it, and give it up to five short selling points that members see in the app and the online store. Set a minimum age, the club locations it covers, and retire a plan when you stop offering it.
Monthly, Weekly or Paid in Full
Choose how often members pay and how long the agreement runs. Agreements can renew automatically at the end of the term, with a higher renewal price if you want one.
Billing on the Right Day
Take every payment on a fixed day of the month, or delay the first payment for a promotion such as the first 30 days free. Dues, administration and card fees, and tax are all set on the plan.
Annual Fees
Add up to two yearly fees, each charged on its own date or a set number of days after the member joins.
Group Memberships
One person pays for the whole group in a single payment, or each member pays their own share and the group's card covers part or all of it. People can join or leave the group later.
Packages Included in a Membership
Build packages of products, services and sessions, such as a block of coaching sessions. Add a package once when the membership starts, or with every payment.
Member benefits
Better Prices and Earlier Booking
This is where membership pays off for players. The club has complete control over what each plan gives its members.
Member Prices on Court Bookings
Give each plan its own percentage off court fees, set separately for standard, peak and low-rate times.
Earlier Access to Booking
Add extra days to the club's booking window for members on a plan, so they can book courts before everyone else. Tournament entry can open earlier for them too.
A Daily Limit on Member Prices
Set how many hours a day a member gets the plan's court price. Hours booked past that use a second discount that you set, or none, so a few players cannot take every peak court at the member price.
Discounts Beyond the Court
Take a percentage or a fixed amount off tournament entry fees, and give a discount on products, services and sessions at the club.
Signed agreements
Signed, Stored and Counted Right
A membership is only real once the member has signed it. CourtPro keeps the agreement, the signature and every change in one place.
Your Own Agreement Wording
Write the terms members sign, in your own words. Members sign on screen, with initials and a second signer when the wording needs them.
Freezes, Cancellations and Changes
Set the notice period and fee for cancelling, a freeze fee and the dues charged while a membership is frozen, and fees for moving up or down to another plan.
Only Signed Members Count
An unsigned agreement never counts as an active membership, and each person is counted once, so your member numbers match the people who have actually joined.
In the app
Memberships Players Can Join and Use
Members find, join and use their membership in the free CourtPro app, so the front desk does less.
Memberships in the App and Online Store
Show a plan in the app and the online store, with its description and selling points, or keep it for staff to sell at the desk. Point of sale sells memberships and packages at the desk and online.
Every Membership in One Place
Members see all their memberships in the app, including expired ones, and their member barcode for the club they are visiting.
Bring Your Members With You
Moving to CourtPro? Members who hold a membership come across with it and their next payment date, and each gets an email inviting them to the app.
